The initial consultation begins when the intake paperwork is submitted and the visit is scheduled. Significant time and attention are devoted to each concern prior to the appointment. This saves valuable time and maximizes the efficiency of the initial visit. The initial consultation fee includes a detailed evaluation of prior health records, medications, and nutritional supplements.
A fee of $150 will be required at the time the initial appointment is scheduled when we have received all of the required intake paperwork. The remainder of the total initial consultation fee will be collected at the time of the consultation.
