Program Description

Root Causes Medicine sends text messages to patients and prospective patients who have opted in. Messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and care coordination, replies to inquiries you have sent us, and membership updates.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by providing your mobile number and consent to a member of our team, or by texting one of our published numbers directly. Consent is not required to purchase a membership or to receive care from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your appointment schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Root Causes Medicine does not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier may.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by contacting our office.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
